Mitch Behan, Founder and Director of MJB Seminars and MJB Adventures, is a master educator and communicator in the area of personal transformation. With over 18 years’ experience in the Personal Development industry he has transformed the lives of thousands of people worldwide.
Mitch has dedicated his life to educating people to understand the underlying order and the science of universal laws and principles. He assists clients through a transformation of their perceptions that are causing roadblocks to achieving extraordinary results in their personal and work life.
Mitch began on his unwavering mission after feeling a sense of powerlessness, despair and detachment in the face of fear and guilt following a period in his early twenties when he found himself experimenting with drugs. This escalated into an addiction that saw Mitch on the wrong side of the law.
But it is was from this circumstance that yielded an inspiring and charismatic leader, and compassionate and wise educator who learnt to transform these feelings into a clear and present state of balanced love and gratitude who is willing to share his experience with you.
Following his enrolment in the Australian Institute of Alcohol and Addiction, Mitch eventually became a facilitator for the institute. He aided the men, women and young adults’ programs for a period of two and half years.
During this time Mitch was taken under the wing of a child psychologist and chiropractor which resulted in a breakthrough in his life and ignited an insatiable appetite for knowledge.
Mitch went on to develop and implement the methodology that is now used in his Relationships and You seminar which he has been running since 2001. It is this methodology that has assisted the likes of parents, doctors, chiropractors, sports stars, educators, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, managers and employees.
Now in his late thirties, Mitch has emerged as one of Australia’s leaders in the area of personal and professional development, mindset and leadership. He is the co-creator of a series of eight personal transformation programs, CD’s and DVD’s that are revolutionary in its capacity to create breakthrough results in the area of mindset and leadership.
Mitch has lectured students in one of Western Australia’s toughest schools, running programs and facilitating troubled students. He has also worked with a WA market-leading companies training their young professionals, sales personnel and managers.
During the global financial crisis when most companies were scaling back operations or tightening the belt, Mitch launched a new program, based on the methodology of the mastery of wealth, to great success. The seminar is founded on a simple series of principles of utilizing the classical universal laws, designed to enable the individual or the company to master their own wealth.
Mitch Behan and the MJB team have recently launched the new franchise of the company, MJB Adventures. It was established on the concept of incorporating travel into the personal and professional development process. Mitch recognises that travel enhances clients’ transformation and evolution and enables a greater sense of appreciation for their lives and the world from immersion in different cultures.
Mitch’s own philanthropic pursuits have resulted in him being a voice and advocate for The Cambodian Children’s Fund and Global Transitions Foundation. Mitch is passionate about inspiring people to fund causes such as this and his involvement has assisted in increasing the exposure of worthy charities.
